Free Trial Terms (Applies to All 7-Day Free Trial Signups)

Clients who sign up via a 7-day free trial offer agree to the terms below in addition to the standard Terms & Conditions outlined further on this page.

  • The free trial lasts exactly 7 days from the date of signup. During the trial, 24 Hour Social will begin onboarding and content creation per the service-level agreement of the plan selected (Starter, Growth, or Pro).
  • On day 7, the client’s payment method on file will be automatically charged the $99 one-time setup and onboarding fee plus the first month of the selected plan. Billing will then continue every 30 days at the plan’s monthly rate until canceled.
  • To avoid being charged, clients must cancel their subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period through the Stripe customer portal. A link to the customer portal is provided in the welcome email sent at signup and is also available in the footer of 24hsocial.com.
  • The client is solely responsible for canceling the trial before day 7. 24 Hour Social does not issue refunds or credits for clients who forget to cancel, fail to cancel, or cancel after day 7.
  • Cancellations made through the Stripe customer portal take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Service will continue until that date.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, prorated refunds, or trial extensions will be issued under any circumstances.
  • The Starter Plan ($249/month) includes management of 2 social media platforms. Each additional platform connected by a Starter Plan client is subject to a $10/month add-on charge, billed automatically with the monthly subscription.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or credit card company will result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of any work completed, and may result in collections action for the amounts owed.
  • By signing up for a free trial, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Free Trial Terms as well as the full Terms & Conditions of 24 Hour Social.

Terms & Conditions

  • All fees for Services provided to Client are due and payable in full, in advance of provision of Services. A valid credit card for monthly payment of fees shall remain securely on file to cover monthly recurring charges for service.
  • We require a 7 day written cancellation that is emailed to help@24hsocial.com. Cancellations via other methods such as calls, texts, etc are not acceptable forms of cancellation. Once the service is initiated there are no chargebacks or refunds under any circumstances as marketing services are performed in best faith and practice with no guarantees. We do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations received early in a billing period.
  • Initial charges for service will be paid in advance of service. Thereafter, 24H Social will attempt to charge Client’s credit card every 30 days from the client’s first order of services. Charges not paid by the due date for any reason will result in a suspension of Services until full payment is received. Suspension of Services for non-payment will not result in a proration of fees.
  • Except in the case of a material breach of this agreement by 24H Social, 24H Social does not issue refunds of any fees for any reason.
  • Continuation of work on a client that is past due and who did not cancel will result in accrued back payments due. No interest is charged. We vow to keep accurate records of all communication and work performed to justify the back payment due.
  • Our Services officially start the day you sign up and we begin the onboarding process, not when we first post. There are no setup fees. This setup work and onboarding is included in the monthly payment.
  • Any Press publication may be declined by Client, however there is no discount in service pricing. Once a Press is published, edits may be made at the rate of $100/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
  • This Agreement supersedes and replaces all other agreements between the Parties on the same subject matter, including any agreements, directions, or claims made by 24H Social employees, unless a formal variance is confirmed and agreed to by the client and executive-level management at 24H Social.
