To ensure a smooth and efficient start, here are the next steps to fully integrate your business with our services and kick-start your organic social media content journey:

  1. Onboarding Your Social Media Accounts – CLICK HERE to give us access to your FB & IG PAGES ONLY without having to give us your passwords! We will only have manager access, so you can rest assured knowing you retain ADMIN control of your pages.
  2. New Client Intake – Fill it out the form below so we can get started immediately!
  3. Google Drive Folder for Your Assets – We will create a Google Drive folder for you in the coming days to upload any logos, photos, videos, and other resources you would like us to use.
  4. Dashboard Access – Once your accounts are successfully onboarded, you will receive a follow-up email with login details to our dashboard. Here, you can monitor how we schedule and manage your content, giving you transparency and control over the campaigns.

Communication and Support As we move forward, you’ll receive communications from our tech team, including instructional videos and general business recommendations. Please read these emails carefully and complete any requested tasks promptly. For any queries, comments, or concerns, please direct your emails to help@24hsocial.com.
